Relevant experience acquired through job order (JO) or contract of service (COS) covered by a contract or MOA may be considered for meeting the experience requirement.

Likewise, relevant experience acquired through volunteer work on full time basis, as certified by the HRMO or authorized officials, may be considered for meeting the experience requirement.
